Add bulk updating "subscription" related functionality

From this Help article, I see users can manage their subscriptions.

However, there is no way for users to see all of the objects to which they are subscribed, such as page they can navigate to or a report. It would be helpful to have this view, along with editing capability, so that users can see their subscriptions and bulk unsubscribe from them.

We would like it both ways - bulk unsubscribe and bulk subscribe to all tasks, for example.
