Add a search field in the Request form which pulls data within the system and auto fills
When submitting a request, having a field which will allow you to search the system and auto populate.
Example - calculated fields can only calculate based upon the object they are attached to. We would like a global request outside specific objects which the requester can select which object it should be attached to.
