Add a "To Top" and "To Bottom" button on Timesheets

Many of our users are working dozens to even a hundred tasks/issues during any given timesheet period. This requires the user to scroll a lot when entering time in the timesheet. It would make this process easier if there was a "To Top" and "To Bottom" button in the timesheet area that quickly brought the user to the top of the timesheet or the bottom of the timesheet.
