Access and management of OAuth2 applications via APIs

Description - We would like to have capability to access and manage our OAuth2 configurations via API.

Why is this feature important to you - This is important for us due to high automation demands.

How would you like the feature to work - Features such is display (search), add, update, delete OAuth2 applications would be at most interest.

Current Behavior - These features available from the Sys Admin screen only.
