Able to Copy Tasks multiple time under different parent tasks

We are always copying same set of Tasks under many Parent Tasks, Ex: Under any Product Development we might have phases where you might have Testing 1 2 3 or Prototype 1 2 3 and they all need set of same tasks, what will make it easier is if i can pull in a template for a Prototype or Testing and copy it in one action under 1 2 and 3 or type in task under Prototype 1 and copy in under 2 and 3 with 1 step
