Ability to view Accomplishments for a specified date range, including previous years

Currently, if a user clicks on their Avatar and then on their name, one of the available tabs is "Accomplishments". Our users like to use this during one-on-one meetings with their managers as well the annual performance review. Unfortunately, the only accomplishments that display are from the current year. If the performance review happens after the beginning of the year, all that history is unavailable on the Accomplishments tab and the only option left is a report.

We propose that a filter option be added to the Accomplishments tab so that the user may specify the date range and that the range allow the inclusion of accomplishments from a previous calendar year.

    I agree. This is long overdue. Opened a help desk ticket about this several years ago and the alternative they gave me was to create a report. In addition to being able to filter to include any date range, it would be nice if you could also group the data by project or a custom field. :)

    Would also be great to have the ability to export the accomplishments tab

    Agree! Having the ability to export the accomplishments tab based on the desired specified date range would be fantastic instead of having to go and create/generate a report to capture this information.
