Ability to show any question in bulk in Custom Form logic

We're looking to have the ability to add logic to a Custom Form when any answer is selected to show any question in bulk. We found that the Skip Logic feature has the "Any Answer Selected" option for each question - we'd like the ability to do the reverse of that.

Currently you would have to select each option (question) individually which is very time consuming when dealing with a myriad of answers to add logic to.
