Ability to Report on Topic Group without Having to Use Text Mode

Hello,

Currently, while constructing an Issue Report, if a user wants to report on the Topic Group that a request's Queue Topic originated from one has to create a column using text mode to reference the Topic Group field. This field should be be included in the standard set of fields that the report builder allows you to select from. Doing so would give our organization greater flexibility in structuring our request queues.
