Ability to Rearrange Prompts During Report Creation

When I create a custom form, and I'm making a list of choices for a check box or radio button, once I've entered my options I can drag-n-drop to rearrange the list. I really would like that same drag-n-drop / rearrange ability on the report entry screen when I'm entering prompts.

Being able to rearrange and group report prompts on a report is really important.

 

In addition, we should be able to name the prompts since the prompt just defaults to the out of the box field name which can be confusing to users that didn't create the report but are trying to use the report.
