Ability to re-assign Ownership of Reports.

Allowing the ownership of reports to be changed from one user to another.

We have a lot of large scale dashboards / reports being generated.

Ownership could have a pretty large impact now we are in full scale utilizing the system

If someone leaves Google (or changes groups or whatever) that effectively those dashboards will be abandoned.

Allowing maybe a Sysadmin to change ownership to another user would address this concern.
