Ability to Place Converted Tasked to a Specific Location within a Project

I have projects that have several hundred (maybe thousands??) tasks nested within parent and child sub-tasks. When converting issues to tasks within a project, it would be great to be able to move the task to a specific location within the project, and not just at the bottom.
