Ability to move documents between programs, portfolios, and projects

We can move documents between a few objects (issues, projects) but not projects, portfolios, or programs. This is useful when transitioning files from a specific project up to a portfolio or when creating a new program and migrating documents from a portfolio scope to a more limited program scope.

    Agree!! We set up some projects with documents attached, but now have a portfolio with programs for this activity and I'm having a really hard time moving everything across from the original project to the new portfolio (particularly as I didn't upload the original items)...... It's a big faff to have to download each item and then re-upload it (this is the only way I can think to do it)....

    This seems like a gigantic oversight. We utilize Programs for our Clinical Trials work and having users download the files from one program to upload to another is a pain in the butt.

    Agree! Oftentimes a document or proof gets dragged and dropped into an incorrect folder. I need to be able to quickly move to a different subfolder rather than delete and redo in the correct subfolder...or download and add to the correct subfolder. Would be a great timesaver.
