Ability to make fields Madatory

As a System Administrator I think we should be able to set fields within workfront as Mandatory.

Whilst cultural behaviour can enforce the completion of obvious fields it would be better to make fields mandatory.

The initial fields that come to mind would be:

Project Sponsor

Portfolio

But others may think of other fields that could be made an option of being Mandatory.
