Ability to Log Time on Weekly Timesheets Before Timesheet Was Added to User Profile

A timesheet profile was recently added to a user profile with standard hour types. This user is unable to enter time for timesheets before the timesheet profile was added to her user profile. We are now unable to accurately log hours for time before this timesheet profile was introduced resulting in lost data.
