Ability to drag and move task for the SAME USER in Scheduling

It will be fantastic to add this ability / feature.

Ability to drag and move task for Same User in Scheduling.

(Advantage: Easy to re-schedule project once priority changes as per business requirement, a strong option for planner).

Note: As per current configuration, we can only drag and drop between users or from unassigned task.
