Ability to add a project to multiple portfolios

We have several directors who all want to be able to track a project in their portfolio, even though it's managed by a different director's team. Only being able to put a project in one portfolio leads to projects being created multiple times so that each director can manage their team members work on the project and it just makes a mess!

If this is implemented, it would helpful to have the option of allocating the budget across the selected portfolios. For example, Director1 puts up 40% of the funding and Director2 puts up 60% of the funding.

Thought should also go into tracking projects on time, on budget, how actuals are tracked against each portfolio, etc.

I ditto this, especially for programs. Creating "duplicate" programs for each portfolio is forcing us to merge all companies into one portfolio so we can report on all work by program. If programs could be associated with more than one portfolio, then sharing a single program across portfolios would give us cross-portfolio visibility by program.

I know this is an old ticket, but this is still a need for us. We are constantly having to tell people to 'choose their best fit' but this doesn't allow for representation of the many cross-portfolio programs/projects that we have. I am learning there is a new Campaign level coming into the hierarchy soon, I'd love to learn more about this if someone from WF can point me in the right direction! Wondering if this will alleviate how to house cross-portfolio campaigns.
