There are instances that a multi page proof (front & Back pages of a direct mail piece) will have the same change.

Example: Updated End date of X/XX/XX

This change could be applicable to locations on both pages.

Currently, you can select multiple locations on 1 page for the same comment.

Could we select multiple locations in the entire proof for the same comment?

Thanks!

That would make my editorial team very happy!

Hi there! We had the same problem and the proofing product team was very helpful. If you switch your view to show the thumbnails (or continuous view) while entering a comment, you can click between the pages (using that thumbnail menu) and select multiple places for the comment to refer to. It also shows up beautifully on the print version with numbers showing on everything you selected.
