Workfront Fusion Watch Events Module does not read updates made to Text With Formatting Custom Fields

In Workfront Fusion we have a scenario that listens for updates made to an Issue. On one of the custom forms attached to the issue we are making a change to the bullet values on a Text with Formatting field. However, this update to the bullets does not trigger the Watch Events that is set up to listen for updates made to a Workfront issue.
