Workfront Fusion Login - 400 Bad request

Hello Community,

 we are experiencing a 400 Bad Request during login in Workfront Fusion. How we could identify the issue and correct it?

Hi,

 

you should double check which account you are using for your login attempt. Do you use SSO and organise your users and the assigned products using the Adobe Admin Console?

if it was working before and not a 1st time login : then

as some time adobe server throws 404 due stalled cache or sessions

-  Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try logging in via incognito mode 

- Change your browser and try again

 

if it is 1st time, check your credentials and permission to access fusion instance
