Hi Erika,
Awesome to see the excitement to utilize Fusion for your team right out of the gate! One of the most difficult things to do when starting out in Fusion is exactly your question: where do we start? Thankfully, there are quite a few Fusion Templates that might help your brainstorming sessions: https://app.workfrontfusion.com/templates
These range from very simple actions like converting an Issue to a Project all the way to integrating with several 3rd party softwares at the same time.
Unfortunately, Fusion is one of those tools that's limits start and end with your own creativeness and imagination, so I like to start off with some easy flows that will benefit my team. For example, my team was working out of several different tools (Outlook, Slack, CRM, etc...) that was causing some breakdowns and frustrations. To minimize the amount of time switching back and forth, I built a Fusion automation that centralized all of this chatter into just 1 tool that way my team could spend those precious brain points on actually working instead of bouncing around.
Above is just one example of what Fusion can do for you, but it all really comes down to a few things - what problem are you trying to solve for and can you manipulate the needed API within Fusion to make it work.
Hopefully this helped out, even if I didn't give you any direct examples of what could work for your team. I'm interested to see if the community can add in some cool use-cases that can give you some more to think about!
