Hi All,

Is there any way to trigger a watch event when user Access Level change automatically. I know we can use Joural Entry but I can't filter by UserName=System.

Any Idea! Thanks in Advance

Hi Samyuktha,

You can use User ID instead or even better create a watch event for the record type : User. Select the event as New Event. Then in the filters add Access level ID, operator should be changed. Record Origin : Updated Records Only. This will trigger the event for any users where the accesslevelID is changed.

I'm not sure, but a 'system' account might not have a userID. So, try setting the userID = null filter and see if that works.
