Unlinking Project Name in a report

I have a report for my users called Unassigned Requests. We have added a new request queue and I would like to pull in the Project Name so they know which request queue its coming into to. But...the Project Name field is a hyperlink and you can click it to access the request queue project. How do I just display the name without it linking to the project? We have had issues before with users accidently going into this project and I just want to make it as hard as possible for them to access it.
