New requests not converting to a Project

Fusion scenario is not picking up my newly created issues for Project conversion whereas, it is doing for my other team mates. I own that Fusion connection and have Workfront system admin access. I also tried changing the Request Queue owner to my other team mate with system admin access but no luck.

What could be the reason, any suggestion please?

Hello Ash,

 

as you own the Fusion connection as well as being System admin I think that you checked 
"Exclude updates made by this connection" in your webhook configuration.

 

 

 

But I would recommend to keep this and use another user for Fusion, as the scenario could go into a loop:

  • You manually make an edit in Workfront to trigger the webhook
  • The webhook sends the update to Fusion
  • The fusion scenario starts
  • The fusion scenario updates your custom field with (now) (which is date/time)
  • Fusion's update triggers the webhook
  • The fusion scenario starts
  • The fusion scenario updates your custom field with (now) (new date/time)
  • repeat steps 5 - 7 forever

This can be prevented by excluding the Fusion user from triggering the webhook.
