Moving Image Files from Workfront to Bynder - Timeout error

Has anyone been able to push image files from WF to Bynder using the Bynder module? I can get .txt, ,docx, .xlsx, .ppt but cannot get any .jpg, .ai, .png.,psd, .pdf, .tif to work. The module times out after 40 minutes for image file types.

Hello Doug,

I am not working with Bynder, but I would suggest to inspect the request using the DevTools of Fusion. Unfortunately in the past I experienced different bugs in some Fusion modules. E.g. inspecting the request body could lead you in the right direction.

A note at this point: I do not know if this just concerns our instance, but the request body is always shown as empty although it is not.

You need to click on Copy RAW and paste it to your code editor to be able to inspect it.
