Jira connection error

Hi, I'm trying to make a new connection to our Jira instance. I'm getting the error: 

  • ENOTFOUND: Service is temporarily unavailable.

Google is telling me it is a problem with my URL. If I just go to jira our URL is https://jira.company.com Anyone know if there is there a different URL I should be using?

Did you find the solution for this? I am getting same error while connecting to AEM Assets.

Hi there.  Trying hard to remember. I think there was an issue on our client's Jira instance.  I really just wanted to do a demo so i set up a free Jira instance and connected to it through Fusion.  Make sure your api from Jira is correct though.  I avoided using the WF to Jira connector and do everything through Fusion - much better 🙂
