Issue with viewing Azure DevOps (ADO) documents (attachments) that came from Workfront (download document module)

I'm using Fusion to upload an attachment to Azure DevOps (ADO) attachments that came from Workfront (download document module). No errors are returned from the ADO api, but the file will not display within ADO. Also, the file size appears to have doubled in size, once in ADO.

Has anyone else hit this issue?

In my project, I was able to get the document from Workfront task and pushed to AzDo user story. I have used download document and upload document modules to read the the document and upload it to AzDo user story. ( FileName, Filesize are all good).
