Is it possible to perform advance hours allocation using fusion?

Avatar

We want to have fusion create a task and perform an advanced hours allocation to multiple roles (i.e. 10 hours for writer, 20 hours for designer, 30 hours for editor).

Is this possible?

Yes, I believe you need to do 2 things.

  1. Use the create record to create the task as you are doing
  2. Then, update that task using the "Update a record" and choose assignment. Then you should be able to access the individual assignments of the task to update them.

This should be possible if I understand you correctly as you did not provide many details.

Fusion creates task X

Create Record -> Hour

Task ID: X's ID

Owner ID: Writer/Designer/Editor ID

Hour Type ID: ID for type of hour you want

Does this work for multiple roles on the same task?
