Data store not accepting any data

My add/replace a record is not storing the data.

The record is created, if a provided key or not.
but the fields are not being stored.

any light?

We have tested across different Fusion Instances, the Update Record Datastore functionality within Workfront Fusion is not working system-wide across multiple instances. We have started seeing this issue since 7pm CST 12-4-24.

    Hi @murilope 

    considering what @jyotina noticed there may be an issue. I can't replicate the behavior (ie I see the record with expected fields in the data store)

     

    If nothing else changed and suddely records are not being stored properly you should raise a ticket with support.
