Creating multiple bundles from custom fields on the same form

I have been trying to create a scenario where I pull data from a custom form on a new issue and create multiple bundles from the same form. Here's a screenshot.

I want the input with multiple similar data points to output multiple bundles.

Is that possible?

You could use the Repeater module in "Flow Control" to create multiple bundles
