Connector Challenges - Microsoft

We're currently experiencing an issue where I am prompted to use the MS PowerBI connector. Authorization has been  granted on the back end, but it still does not authorize within Fusion. 

Has anyone encountered this problem? It might require a reach out to helpdesk.
