Can sharing settings for an object be copied

Hi all,
I have built a scenario where I have fusion create several new programs below all of our portfolios (~300 programs to be created once a year). The programs are all basically a copy of already existing programs (previous year), with minor changes to the name and a few custom fields. However, I can't seem to find a way to copy the sharing settings for the program (Program Access).

Does anybody have experience in copying the sharing settings from one object to another object of the same type using Fusion?
