Workfront proof: no copy option

Do you have proper rights on the proof that you want to copy? You need a proof role that includes edit rights - you can see which of those have edit rights here.

you’re providing a link to documentation that only applies to the “standalone” version of Proof (this is a separate product from Workfront core). It’s possible that you can create a copy of the file and hence the proof but equally likely that there’s no functionality that can create copies of the markups within (if that’s your eventual goal)
