👋 Welcome New Workfront Community Members — October 2025

Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community🎉. Whether you’re brand new or have been here a while, this space is all about learning, sharing, and connecting with peers who get what you do every day.

In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.

If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:

  • What company and role are you in
  • Which feature you’re using most
  • One area you want to get better at
  • How long have you been working with WF
  • How long have you been using WF

And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
👉 If you could rename one feature in Workfront to something more fun, what would you call it?

✨ If you’re already part of the community, jump in too — share a tip, answer a question, or just welcome someone new. Every reply makes this space more valuable for everyone.

We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.

Buddies for this month: @monicacardoso@_manish_singh@lyndsy-denk@pan_shahbazian@kristens_wf@madalyn_destafney , @lawson02 , @suryalakhani , @nicholevargas and @amyreilly

Hello,

I am a Group Admin for Signify Health. I've only been working with WF for a month, but in that time I have become most familiar with Request Queues. I want to get better at using the Proofing Tool.

Welcome, @oliviach5 ! Great to have you here and impressive that you’ve already gotten comfortable with Request Queues in just a month! They can be such a game-changer for managing intake smoothly. The Proofing Tool is another powerful feature, once you get the hang of it, especially for collaboration and version control.

Hi!  I'm with Flexjet in Cleveland, Ohio.  I've been using WF for 3 weeks now and I'm using the custom filter feature the most.  I want to get better at creating a request queue because I think that's the first thing I need to implement successfully.

Welcome new admins!  My best tip for new admins is to join the System Admin events:

Events

The team that runs each event is fantastic, and the materials/links they send out after each session have been invaluable for us.

@amyreilly Thanks for sharing that tip! The System Admin events really are a goldmine, especially for anyone just starting out. Have you found a particular session or topic from those events that’s been especially useful for your setup or day-to-day admin work? Would love to hear which ones made the biggest impact for you.

We didn't know the events or Experience League even existed for a few months after we implemented Workfront, so all of the events were eye-opening for me when I found them, haha.  But I would say the Admin 101 series was the most helpful!

How do I link my Adobe ID to the Adobe Experience Cloud solution account?

ksalka70,

There are typically two types of accounts you're able to set up, a personal account, say connected to your personal email where you may have a trial license to Adobe products or maybe you bought a license to a product for yourself.  That is typically known as an Adobe ID.  If your company also licenses Adobe products and has enterprise licensing to use products, like Workfront, those are enterprise contracts that are different from the personal accounts and are likely Federated accounts to something like your SSO/SAML security environments.  You would need to get with the Admins in your company that run your Admin Console for an item like this.

Good morning/ afternoon!

I work for a plastic injection molding company that works with some of the top retailers in the USA and we are looking to sign up for Workfront,

I filled out a few contact forms online and I have called multiple times for Workfront, but I have not been able to reach anyone.

Can you point me in the right direction to get in contact with Workfront because we are eager to start.

Thank you!

-Miguel

@kautuk_sahni would you be able to help @merricken get in touch with someone from the Adobe team to connect with her and her team regarding wanting to potentially become a Workfront customer?

@merricken and if you and the group become on customers, this will be the place you can get idea, help, assistance, and much more on the Community...here's an early Welcome!

Hi All! I am a new "old" member.  I work now as a Sr. Workfront Architect for Bounteous, but previously worked as the Systems Admin at The Hartford.  I have lots of Workfronter friends from Summit and look forward to talking to y'all again!

Best,

Beth

Hi Kautuk,

Thanks for adding me to the discussion! I manage the AEM site for a Stanford Research program. I have a question re: Monthly Adobe Analytics reports and would love to get some help, if possible. Our Stanford TDS help desk is unable to look into the issue. I tried to DM you but it didn't go through. Feel free to DM me or connect me with support team for analytics.

Thanks!

Sindhu

@kautuk_sahni Are you able to assist Sindhu to find someone from AEM Sites to help with monthly analytics? Maybe we can move this message to that Community to get more traffic.

Welcome to all our new Workfront customers!

I am SO excited you’ve joined the Workfront family, and in my (totally unbiased) opinion, it’s the best solution within Adobe, so you’ve made a great choice! You are now part of an amazing, generous community of Workfront pros who are always ready to share ideas, answer questions, and help you get the most out of your investment.

Outside of echoing what @amyreilly mentioned about joining live events, my pro tip would be don’t be afraid to ask questions! Start building your own FAQ document (or even better, a project in Workfront!) with answers to questions as you go. You’ll be amazed how often you’ll reference it later.

Welcome again and can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish with Workfront!
