User not receiving email notifications

Hi,

 

I have a user that is not receiving any notification emails from Workfront apart from when they are tagged in a comment.

 

They have everything turned on in their user settings, is there another location where these notificaitions could be configured?

This is likely something that will be best addressed by support, as they can review the email logs specific to your user. Often times there is a block that happens with spam filters.
