Hi Folks, Im wondering what reporting people have for monitoring the "health" of their request queues?
Things like - time from request submitted to opened (change status from new i guess?)?
time from opened to closed/resolved?
time from opened to converted to project?
Assignment of OPEN/active requests
assignment of resolved/closed requests.
Any other breakdowns or KPIs that youve found helpful or interesting to look at!
