Hello Michelle, Only Authorized Support Contacts can create support requests. Now, anyone can call into support, but for anything more than a very basic question will require the approval from one of that company's authorized support contacts. The ASC's are typically the champion admins, though it's not all that uncommon to have a knowledgeable project/portfolio manager in as an ASC, too. Note, there are limitations on how many ASCs a company can have, dependent upon certain criteria. I would recommend calling Support for an update on your account. I agree Nichole, I really appreciate the effort and knowledge about the tool in Workfront support. They are very helpful and supportive. Yes, sometime not possible due to system constraint.
