Need Ideas for Communicating Impact

Looking for ideas on ways to help our marketing team communicate the impact of mid-sprint decisions made by their business partners and/other other team members. I'm thinking a dashboard of reports, but interested in the ideas that others have implemented as to the content of those reports and/or other possible solutions.

Here are some examples:

Missing a deadline – not having copy approved, distribution list finalized, task due while on PTO (schedule impact)

Adding additional round(s) of review tasks (schedule impact)

Submitting urgent requests (resource/schedule impact)

Cancelling a job (financial impact)
