Log Time button disappeared from project Updates section

I just noticed there is no longer a Log Time button in the Updates section of a project.  That button seems to have been replaced by the "Summarize contents" button even though my organization hasn't enabled or agreed to Adobe's AI functionality.  

The 24.10 release notes didn't say anything about deprecating this button, and it's still listed on Experience League as a way to log time.

Is this button also gone for other environments?

    I'm not losing my mind! I had someone report that this morning, then say it was back, then say it disappeared, then say it was back... Shrodinger's timecard?! Repeatedly refreshing makes it reappear eventually.

    I actually just had mine reappear, then disappear again.  I'm so glad it isn't just me!
