The purpose of this thread is to continue the conversation from the “Special Edition” Leap Virtual User Group on Implementation & Adoption on June 29, 2020.

Many thanks to everyone who came to our virtual meetup! Special thanks to @Teale McCleaf‚ and @Christa Levine‚ from the Hays Corporation for sharing the key components of an onboarding process to empower users to navigate Workfront competently and confidently.

    Sorry I did not realize that once I clicked Leave Meeting that the Poll would go away as well. So I did not complete that poll. Sorry! I enjoyed the conversation. I saw someone asked if we could get a contact list, and I like that idea.

      And thank you @Teale McCleaf‚ for the idea of having the communication specialist take their laptop to the discovery meeting and fill out the intake form while they speak with the Executive. This would both show them how easy it is to capture their information, and we can then present in documented form what they are requesting and tie it to other data reporting (including the timeline for completing their request).

        Thank you all for a great presentation, some really cool stuff I want to play about with straight away. So nice to chat to you all, think LEAP has been amazing so far but sessions like this one is what i have missed. Anyone who wants to connect feel free to add me on Linkedin.
