Workfronters at Summit 2024 – are you in?

Adobe Summit is just around the corner and we’re excited for all that’s in store!

This year, we’re back in Vegas March 26-28, with preconference trainings on March 25.

Last year, our Customer Success team helped connect Workfronters who attended in-person and we want to make that happen again!

So, do you already have your pass? If not, make sure you register now to take advantage of the reduced price through February 13. Still making the case to go? There’s a Convince your boss letter on the Summit website that you can utilize to make your case!

Hello and welcome to the March Madness with Summit less than three weeks away!

Whether you’re attending in-person or virtually, let’s talk sessions and make sure you’re getting the most out of Summit!

Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the keynotes, Sneaks (with Shaquille O’Neal), and select sessions live (with some additional becoming available in the weeks after the event). If you’re not attending in-person, make sure you register for Summit Online (free!) so you can save your favorite sessions to watch when they’re available!

Tip: Favorite a session by clicking the heart icon on the session in the catalog. This is also helpful if you are interested in a session but already have one booked at the same time slot, to save it for later.

@NicholeVargas , @CynthiaBoon  and I have a few sessions that we want to mention, based on hot topics we regularly get questions about:

In addition, you might’ve noticed @ai-n's comment about Skill Exchange. These two sessions will be an excellent opportunity to hear from (and connect with) other Workfronters! This is our first in-person Skill Exchange and we’re really excited for them. Make sure to register, as space is limited. If you’re attending virtually, add it to your favorites so you can easily find the recordings when they’re posted later.

Thanks for flagging @KariB93WI! I found the original invite from The Adobe Workfront and Pro Sports Account Teams and the link looks clean but I'm assuming is hardcoded somewhere. @Leigh_Hasty - there may not be anything specifically at Summit but the Scale team is working on getting an event scheduled about the Adobe Business Platform for Workfronters who haven't transitioned on what to expect, if that's of interest. Stay tuned to the events page (aiming for next month)!

We’re a week out from Summit! We’ve been getting some internal previews of what’s to come this week - I hope you’re as excited as we are!

I have a few scheduling updates for those attending in-person:

1. If you were interested in a lab but it was full, you might want to check again. New sections/times have been added for a few, so it’s worth a look! View Workfront hands-on lab sessions.
2. There’s still time to register for pre-conference sessions! There are full and half-day courses to uplevel your skills (looking at you reporting and Fusion). See pricing and options here. Registration will be open until the day of Preconference (Monday, March 25).
3. There’s a couple of opportunities to meet with Workfront experts – check out these Experience League posts for more details and how to schedule:
   1. Calling All Adobe Summit Attendees! Let's Talk Workfront Reporting! – Schedule time with Matt Mitchell, Product Manager for Workfront Reporting
   2. Unlock Greater Efficiency: Elevate your Task Management in Adobe Workfront – Schedule time with Elissa Lauber, Workfront Product and Research Design (note: there are dates/times available outside of Summit, too.)

Attending in-person? Connect with other Workfronters - Join the GroupMe chat!

We’ve set up a 2024 Workfronters at Summit chat. GroupMe is a free messaging app that allows you to send and receive messages, but only your name and avatar are visible to group members (keeping your phone number and/or email private). We hope to make it easier to facilitate connections and meetups at the conference – find other users attending sessions, share a table at lunch, or jam out together at The Bash! There are iOS and Android apps so you can connect on-the-go.

Please remember to exercise caution and keep personal safety top-of-mind when scheduling meet ups. All attendees are subject to the code of conduct to keep the event fun, engaging, and safe.

If you’re attending in-person, think about maybe packing some orange to wear to help you find other Workfronters (shout out to @NicholeVargas and her neon dress last year).  If you have any Workfront swag or the button from last year, you could wear that, too! Definitely not required, but could be fun!

Ewan Hruska, @ewanh, will be helping gather folks on Tuesday morning for Breakfast. Stay tuned to the GroupMe chat for more details on where to meet. Hopefully someone can grab a group picture. We’d love to see you all together!

I hope everyone's having a great week and settling back in post-Summit! I wanted to share a quick update - the on-demand sessions are now available! There are more than 150 sessions available including 30+ that are tagged with Workfront. I know a lot of folks were excited for The Future of Adobe Workfront session - check that out to see what innovations we're working on.
