"ERROR: FAILED TO SAVE FILE" error whenever inserting an email in a topic in the AEM Guides Web Editor.

Whenever I try to add an email link to a topic in the Guides Web Editor, I get a "FAILED TO SAVE FILE" error. Below is my code. This code comes straight from the Guides Web Editor Toolbar "Insert email link" button. I've check the docs also and the code appears to be correct. Any ideas why Guides will not save this?

@davidl38471046 : which version of AEM Guides are you getting this issue?

I tried with version 4.6, 5.0 and cloud latest - this is not reproducible.

With more information we can try to reproduce the issue and suggest further.

Ok we upgraded to 4.6 yesterday and it works.
