Permissions to edit native pdf templates

I want to create and edit native PDF templates. I am following this guide:

Create and customize Native PDF templates | Adobe Experience Manager

However, my admin is asking what permissions need to be granted so that I will see the Templates button on the Output tab. Thanks!

@frameexpert : for a user to be able to add/update the PDF templates via output tab - the user needs to be added as the Folder Profile admin in the General tab of folder profile.

Refer this documentation that shows how to add user to the folder profile admin
Or refer this section of tutorial about same topic
And the user should select the same folder profile in web-editor when they want to manage the PDF template (see image below)
