Integrate CRM with AEM XML documentation solution

Hi All,

I am trying to achieve one use case using Adobe XML documentation

Use case: We want to pull customer data from a CRM system (E.g., Salesforce CRM).

Is it possible to integrate it with CRM to pull data OR autofill data?

If there are any suggestions, please do provide them.

No, currently it is not an available out of the box integration

Please raise this request with product management to discuss the use case - to see if there is a possibility of same on roadmap.

Currently the pull from CRM and store into CCMS is not available

However, we have integration with Salesforce to push DITA content directly to Salesforce as a KB Article.

Do you also have same KB article integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365?
