Create Review Task is not sending email notification.

I am able to create a review task for a topic in AEM Guides, cloud.

No email is sent to the reviewer that is listed in the project.

No email is sent to the owner of the review task.

How do I enable this in AEM Cloud?

You should refer to the document at Email service

Send emails from AEM as a Cloud Service by configuring AEM’s DefaultMailService to use advanced networking egress ports.
