Ublock-origin blocking scripts related to adobedtm

I have added a script tag that points to a JavaScript file on assets.adobedtm.com. However, this request is being blocked by uBlock Origin. As a result, the webpage is broken. Is there any way to bypass this and retrieve the script?

 

I found this Similar discussion thread that talks about the same issue but it said there is no workaround.

    So the only options now are:

    1. Checking for adblockers beforehand.
    2. Implementing a first-party tracking server. This option might be a little tricky, but it will accomplish the task.
