No data for A/b test

Launched a standard A/b test yesterday and still no data is coming through. I have checked the environments are correct and everything seems normal - control is pointing to the correct experience.

Hi @MelBe1 ,

Here are possible reasons why results might not be visible:

  1. Verify if you are qualifying for the activity and ensure there are no errors in the audience setup.
  2. Confirm that the activity is launched in the correct environment with appropriate page delivery settings.
  3. Check if the correct reporting options are selected under Goals and Settings.
  4. Ensure there have been sufficient visits to the page (especially for activities targeting a specific audience) since the activity was launched.
  5. If using A4T, validate its functionality by comparing SDIDs between Adobe Analytics (AA) and Adobe Target (AT) calls.

Hi @MelBe1

Can you once validate your A/B test in browser via either "delivery" call ( if you've implemented Target using at.js) or "interact" call ( if you've implemented Target using web sdk) and see the response or via response tokens. - Check whether you're getting right experience?.  Also what reporting source you're using? Please validate this
