Hi,

I have a 5 page PDF form. I need to save this 5 page form as 5 seperate PDFs. Each PDF will be of one page from the original form. So i need to split the 5 page original PDF into 5 seperate single page PDF. I need to do this as part of my workflow. Please help.

You can easily achieve your task by following the methods shown on below link. Aplus PDF Splitter and Merger has very clear options and provide exact solution to split or merge your PDF files.

How to split, merge, delete or extract pages from PDF Files using PDF Splitter and Merger?

Using Acrobat: Open Pages tab (vertical ones on the side next to Bookmarks, Layers & Signatures) and drag the page or pages to a new folder and rename.

Hello Shivajiv,

I've been using my print option to save PDF's separately. The newest version doesn't give me the option to extract the pages separately so I've been using the print option by following:

1. Opening the PDF file to the pages you want separated.

2. Clicking the Print button, File:Print or  Control P.

3. On the top it should give you a printer option like HP... SendTo...Fax..etc,. In this drop down menu you'll click Print to PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF.

4. Once you've selected a printer you have to go down to PAGES TO PRINT, select the PAGES option and select the pages you want separated. example page(s) 1; 1-4; 2,5,9,7

5.Finally, click Print on bottom right corner. It will prompt you to select location and new file name. Once Save you can open new document to check or proceed on separating rest of document.

I hope this helps, I've send this way ever since the extract option was taken away.....Good Luck!

The easiest way is to install CudePDF Printer and then print the page you need to that printer, and there you go, you have splitted your original PDF file to single page.

With the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC,,, click on the Document then select tools,,,,,, then Organize,,, then select which page or pages....

Then use the Extract Icon,,, make sure to check individually if you are breaking multiple pages at one time.

You can use the PDFZip app to do so easily on Windows.

Hey, kind of similar to the queries on here I was wondering if anyone can help - at work we have a large acrobat document that are separate letters to be printed however we have to search through once printed for any that have more than one page (Some have 11 per doc) is there any way anyone knows how I can search the file for any documents that have more than one single page and print these separately, delete them out and then print the rest of the document? Thanks

I have Adobe Reader XI, so a lot of the solutions do not work for me ... I am stealing this solution from Mohamed I in another forum that worked easy for me.

Open file using Google Chrome, you can save individual or multiple PDF pages as a single PDF
