How to Convert the .pdf file to .xfdf

Is it possible to convert the .pdf file to .xfdf through Adobe liveCycle Es. Kindly help me.

xfdf is a xml data format that contains data entered in a fillable PDF.



You can export xfdf data from a PDF. You can't convert a PDF to xfdf since xfdf just contains the data.

Is it possible to export xfdf data from a PDF using "Adobe liveCycle ES". Kindly advice me.

If you have an Acrobat form (AcroForm PDF) as oppose to an XML form (XML based PDF) you can use the exportData function from the Form Data Integration service under the Common category.

Do a search for "export Data" in the Workbench help.



It'll tell you what I was trying to explained a few posts above. Maybe this will make more sense to you.
