Can I show the last drop off content in my experience activity

Hi, I would like to serve a banner/tile to my return visitors to resume their last dropped piece of content upon landing on my home page. For example, the last dropoff page that this particular user was from is "Make my dreams come true" a blog post I wrote. So when this person returns and visit my home page, I would feature his/her last visited page which is "Make my dreams come true" and eventually link him/her back to the page. Can we do this in Experience activity and if there is the capability to do that?

Cheers, Jansen
