Campaign V8 as a destination - error - debugging

I want to activate audience from AEP to Campaign V8. What does this error means?

Talked with support. It seems that you cannot activate audience which was created the same day.IT SHOULD BE IN THE DOCUMENTATION

This particular error code seem to be a little tricky and the message is only what you can rely upon (Solved: Re: Error code meaning --> ACTBTC-1000-400 - Adobe Experience League Community - 592453)

The error says: missing data snapshot.

So I would request you to check the snapshot tables and profiles qualified for the audience as well as the fields that you are mapping between AEP & Campaign.
